From 2001 to 2006, worked as an assistant attorney of the Second Ivano-Frankivsk City Legal Consultation of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Bar Association

From 2006 to 2008 worked as an assistant at the Department of Civil Law and Process of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University

Research activities

The topic of the candidate’s thesis is “Contracts for the execution of contractual works under the state order”.

The dissertation was defended in 2007 at the specialized academic council of the Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship of NAoS of Ukraine (Kyiv) under the supervision of Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician of NAoS of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Science and Technology V.V. Luts.

The topic of the doctoral dissertation “Civil-legal regulation of contractual obligations with the participation of consumers: theoretical and practical aspects”

The author of more than 50 works of a scientific and educational-methodical nature, including 25 professional articles, publications in collections of materials of international and all-Ukrainian scientific-practical conferences, and 10 works of an educational-methodical nature. In 2018, a publication was published in an edition indexed in the Scopus database.

Provides the training of graduate students, under her supervision 2 theses were defended for obtaining the scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences: A.V. Ustinskyi. “Civil-legal regulation of relations in the field of hotel services” and Gryshko U.P. “Protection of the rights of consumers of transport services”.

Provides teaching of educational disciplines: “Civil law of Ukraine (part two)”, “Competition law”, “Protection of civil rights and interests”, “Consumer law”.

Organizational activity

Considerable attention is paid to raising the professional level, acquiring and sharing experience. Participant of the “Open World” leadership program from September 18, 2013, to September 28, 2013 (Cleveland, USA).

2016-2021 the academic secretary of the specialized academic council K 20.051.14 at the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University for the defense of dissertations for obtaining the scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences in the specialty 12.00.03 – civil law and civil process; family law; international private law.

Since 2022 the academic secretary of the specialized academic council Д 20.051.14 at the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University for the defense of dissertations for obtaining the scientific degree of doktor of legal sciences in the specialty 12.00.03 – civil law and civil process; family law; international private law and 12.00.08 – criminal law and criminology, criminal executive law.

Since 2023 head of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Law Member of the Academic Council of the Educational and Scientific Legal Institute.
