She is married and has three children.

Jobs, professional experience

From 2002  to 2007, studied at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, specialty «law» and obtained the qualification of «lawyer, teacher of law».

In the period from 2010 to 2018, she worked as a Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor at the Department of civil law.

Since 2019, has been elected to the position of Professor of the Department of Civil Law of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.

Research activities

Scientific interests: civil law, banking law, institute of legal entity, corporate law.

The topic of the candidate’s thesis is «The contract as a legal form of implementation of the civil legal personality of legal entities».

The dissertation was defended in 2010 at the specialized academic council of the Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship of NAoS of Ukraine (Kyiv) under the supervision of Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician of NAoS of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Science and Technology V.V. Luts.

The topic of the doctoral dissertation «Non-entrepreneurial legal entities as subjects of civil law: theoretical and practical aspects».

The dissertation was defended in 2017 at the specialized academic council of the Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship of NAoS of Ukraine (Kyiv) under the supervision of Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician of NAoS of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Science and Technology V.V. Luts.

The author of more than 130 works of a scientific and educational-methodical nature, including author of two individual monographs, co-author of 3 collective monographs.

Provides the training of graduate students, under her supervision 5 theses were defended for obtaining the scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences:  Paruta Y. I. «Civil associations as participants of civil legal relations» (2016); Voytsekhovska H. V. «The Fund of Guaranteeing Deposits of Individuals as a participant of Civil Legal Relations» (2016); Hlavach-Khomin І. І. «Participants of inheritance legal relations» (2017); Savetchuk V. M. «Legal regulation of mergers and acquisitions of legal entities under the law of Ukraine and the European Union» (2019): Pogut O. P. «Termination of non-entrepreneurial legal entities» (2020).

Provides teaching of educational disciplines: «Banking Law of Ukraine», «Legal Regulation of Securities», «Inheritance Law», «Liquidation and Bankruptcy of Entrepreneurial Companies», «Sanctions in civil law».

Organizational activity

Since 2016, the member of the specialized academic council K 20.051.14 at the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University for the defense of dissertations for obtaining the scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences in the specialty 12.00.03 – civil law and civil process; family law; international private law.

Member of the Academic Council of the Educational and Scientific Legal Institute.

Member of the board of the branch of the Association of Lawyers in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Member of one-time academic councils for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 08 «Law» by specialty 081 «Law», created at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.
