Research activities

In 2016, under the guidance of the Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor Valentyna Antonovna Vasylieva, she defended her dissertation in the specialty 12.00.03 on the topic “Restriction of contractual freedom in the civil law of Ukraine” and received the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences.

She is the author of more than 60 papers published in domestic and international peer-reviewed professional journals and collections of materials of international and scientific-practical conferences, including 5 publications published in English in periodicals included in the scientometric database Scopus, as well as scientific and methodological works.

She completed an international scientific and pedagogical internship at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Vasile Goldishi Western University (Arad, Romania) from February 1, 2021 to March 12, 2021. Internship topic: “Modern methods and means of training future lawyers” (6.0 credits – 180 hours). Based on the results of the internship, she received the appropriate certificate.

Provides teaching of academic disciplines: Family Law of Ukraine, Civil Law of Ukraine (Part 2), Personal Non-Property Rights.

Research interests: family law, current problems of contract law, personal non-property rights of individuals and legal entities.

Organizational activity.
